Rental bookings are confirmed in writing no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental period. This allows us to provide our customers with the most accurate service possible, tailored to their individual requirements.

Exterior and Interior Cleaning

All vehicles are handed over in a clean, tidy and roadworthy condition. After the rental period, the Lessor will carry out the standard exterior and interior cleaning of the vehicle.

No additional cleaning fee will be charged for normal levels of dirt resulting from proper and ordinary use of the vehicle.

The Lessee shall be liable for the costs of removing dirt or contamination exceeding normal levels or resulting from improper use of the vehicle. This includes, in particular, smoking in the vehicle, animal hair or other contamination resulting from transporting pets, as well as stubborn stains, spilled food or beverages, mud, or other contamination that requires professional cleaning, the use of a professional wet upholstery cleaning machine, or disinfection.

In such cases, where cleaning beyond standard cleaning is required, an additional upholstery cleaning and disinfection fee of HUF 80,000 will be charged on top of the basic rental fee.

The condition of the vehicle at the time of handover and return shall be recorded in the handover and return inspection report signed by both parties. Where necessary, the condition of the vehicle may also be supported by photographic documentation.

Rates are excluding:

Fuel cost: All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel will be charged based on the applicable fuel price, plus a HUF 6,000 refuelling service fee.
Additional costs: Parking fees, fines, police charges, tunnel and mountain pass fees, ferry charges, tolls and any other road-related fees or charges are not included in the rental price and are payable by the renter.
Foreign use: The terms and conditions for using our vehicles abroad may vary depending on the destination country. Foreign use is free of charge in some countries, while an additional fee applies in others. Certain countries may also be subject to specific conditions or restrictions. Please contact us for detailed information about the applicable terms and fees for your destination country.
Kilometer overrun at category A, B is 62 HUF/km.
Kilometer overrun at category C, D is 75 HUF/km.

Security Deposit and Pre-authorization

Do I need to pay a security deposit for the rental?

Yes, a security deposit is required in all cases to pick up the vehicle. However, please note that our company does not charge this amount; it is only blocked (pre-authorized) on your bank card for the duration of the rental.

How is the security deposit processed?

The deposit can only be blocked on a physical bank card; for security reasons, cash deposits are not accepted. For the pre-authorization, both the physical card and the cardholder must be personally present at the time of vehicle pick-up – proxy authorizations for card usage are not accepted. Please note that due to technical limitations, processing the deposit using mobile payment solutions (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, smartwatch) is not possible.

Why is the deposit only handled via bank card, and why is cash not accepted?

Cashless deposit management is our companys official business policy and safety protocol. The card pre-authorization guarantees full transaction transparency, automates the release process at the end of the rental, and ensures maximum security for both parties.

How much is the security deposit?

The blocked deposit amount ranges between 150,000 HUF and 800,000 HUF, depending on the car category. You will see the exact amount applicable to your selected vehicle during the booking process.

The rental fee includes an average mileage allowance of 250 km per day, calculated over the entire rental period.

The rental price also includes insurance, roadside assistance, the Hungarian national motorway vignette, winter package (winter tyres/snow chains), an additional driver and a child seat.

Excess mileage:

Mileage exceeding the included allowance is charged at HUF 113/km, payable at the end of the rental period.

Use abroad:

Use of the vehicle abroad is permitted only with prior approval.

Services – Recent Car

Cleaning:

Vehicles are handed over to the Renter in a clean and properly cleaned condition. The Renter is therefore required to return the vehicle in the same clean condition.

If the vehicle is returned in a condition that does not correspond to normal and proper use, the Rental Company is entitled to charge a cleaning fee as follows:

Standard interior and exterior cleaning: HUF 25,000
Applicable whenever the vehicle requires standard interior vacuuming, plastic surface cleaning or exterior washing.
Additional upholstery cleaning and disinfection: HUF 60,000
Charged in addition to the standard cleaning fee if smoking has occurred in the vehicle, the upholstery is contaminated with animal hair, or there are persistent stains – such as spilled food, drinks or mud – requiring professional wet upholstery cleaning equipment.

The condition of the vehicle at both handover and return is recorded by the parties in a bilaterally signed vehicle handover and return report, supported by photographic documentation where necessary.
