What is included in the rental price?

- An average allowance of 250 km per rental day, calculated over the entire rental period
- Insurance and roadside assistance
- Hungarian national motorway vignette
- Winter package: premium winter tyres and snow chains, if required
- Additional driver
- Child seat

Mileage exceeding the specified allowance is charged at HUF 75/km, including VAT, and is settled at the end of the rental period.

Vehicles are handed over clean and ready for use and must be returned in the same condition. Additional cleaning charges may apply in accordance with the terms below.

Foreign travel

Taking the vehicle abroad is permitted only with prior authorisation. The full list of prohibited countries and countries requiring authorisation and/or additional fees, together with the applicable conditions, is available under the Services menu.

Vehicle cleaning

Vehicles are handed over to the Renter in a clean, professionally cleaned condition. We take care of cleaning the vehicles at the end of the rental period.

If the Renter returns the vehicle in a condition requiring cleaning beyond what would normally be expected following proper use, the Rental Company may charge the following cleaning fees:

- Standard exterior and interior cleaning: HUF 25,000. Applicable when the vehicle requires more intensive interior vacuuming or plastic-surface care than usual.

- Additional deep upholstery cleaning and disinfection: HUF 60,000. Payable in addition to the standard cleaning fee if smoking has occurred in the vehicle, the upholstery is contaminated with animal hair, or stubborn stains are present – for example, spilled food or drinks or mud – requiring professional machine-based wet upholstery cleaning.

The condition of the vehicle at collection and return is recorded in a handover and return report signed by both parties and, where necessary, supported by photographic documentation.

Services – Recent Car

Cleaning:

Vehicles are handed over to the Renter in a clean and properly cleaned condition. The Renter is therefore required to return the vehicle in the same clean condition.

If the vehicle is returned in a condition that does not correspond to normal and proper use, the Rental Company is entitled to charge a cleaning fee as follows:

- Standard interior and exterior cleaning: HUF 25,000
Applicable whenever the vehicle requires standard interior vacuuming, plastic surface cleaning or exterior washing.

- Additional upholstery cleaning and disinfection: HUF 60,000
Charged in addition to the standard cleaning fee if smoking has occurred in the vehicle, the upholstery is contaminated with animal hair, or there are persistent stains – such as spilled food, drinks or mud – requiring professional wet upholstery cleaning equipment.

The condition of the vehicle at both handover and return is recorded by the parties in a bilaterally signed vehicle handover and return report, supported by photographic documentation where necessary.
